○ Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina: The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy represents the main institution for coordination of activities with other responsible institutions. Funds for implementation of the Employment strategy will be secured from the budgets of the Federal employment service and cantonal employment services, projects of the World Bank (ESP2) and European Union donor funds. ○ Republika Srpska: In the Republika Srpska, the Ministry of Labour, War Veterans and Disabled Persons' Protection and Employment Bureau is responsible for the allocation of financial resources.

This measure is focused on increasing youth employment in a technologically advanced environment, in the outsourcing of business processes from companies in developed market economies (BPO – Business Process Outsourcing)

The Federation B&H: In the Federation B&H Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy appointed coordinator and substitute member for activities in participations in the Youth Guarantee Program Implementation Plan. Also, Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy appointed one member for Work Group in High Level and one member in Eksperts Work Group for preparation quality plan for implementation the Youth Guarantee Program. __________________________________ 2022 survey: In Republika Srpska, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Youth Organization, the Youth Council of Republika Srpska has been formed, as an umbrella youth organization in its membership of the local and republican youth organization, with the aim of representing and representing their interests in the institutions of Republika Srpska in international co-operation, which, among other things, is concerned with the employment of young people and the development of youth entrepreneurship. 2025: ILO provided technical support in preparation of Employment strategy (Federal) Youth Guarantee 2023: The Youth Guarantee Program in the B&H is implemented by the ILO and financed by the European Commission. ___________________________________________________________________ 2022: In the period from October 2020. International Labour Organization, Euroepan Commission and European Training Foundation gave support to WB countries for implementation of Youth Guarantee Schemes EU n their countries. At this moment, this proccess is in negotiation phase.
